In keeping with the spirit of the Holidays, each year, DODC holds a winter recital.

 

WHAT TO WEAR The students may wear any festive - dance appropriate - attire they wish to join in the celebratory day. The costumes you have paid for take a few months to arrive. They are for the SPRING RECITAL.

ATTENDING THE SHOW As a community, DODC believes in giving back, so there is no cash or ticketed admission for the performance, instead, the dancers collect only non perishable food items for the Hudson Food pantry. 

WHAT TO BRING - FOR DANCERS In addition to arriving with their hair done, and costume/dance attire on, dancers should bring the right shoes (labeled with their names) for each of the dances they are performing in and water that is clearly marked with their name on it. 

 

Please remember this performance is about giving... it can sometimes be a little hectic transitioning from one age group to another, but is always a great day filled with happy dancers and their families.
